Arthur Crato, a 92-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, was last seen on December 1, 1999. He was spotted boarding a metro bus heading westbound on West Ferry Street from Grant Street, but he never returned home. At the time of his disappearance, Arthur was wearing a gray tweed cap, a waist-length jacket, and distinctive black and yellow plastic glasses. He also had a missing index finger, which was a notable physical characteristic.
