In the quiet community of Rice, Virginia, concern grew for 57-year-old Samuel Wendell Dabney when he was last definitively seen on June 16, 2022. A familiar face in Prince Edward County, his absence became glaringly apparent to his family when he did not attend his own brother's funeral.
