In the winter of 1976, a young man named Robert Preston Hall disappeared from his home in Arlington, Virginia, leaving behind a mystery that has endured for decades. On January 14, 18-year-old Robert was last seen. He was driving a green 1970 Ford Mustang with Virginia license plate HAW-198.
