Karen Sue Adams, a 54-year-old woman from Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, vanished on March 11, 2007, after a trip to the Mountaineer Gaming Resort in Chester, West Virginia. She departed from her residence, which she shared with her brother, and drove to the casino. Her last confirmed financial transaction was the use of her credit card at the resort.
