Tammy Reene Day Roberts, a 41-year-old woman from McDowell County, West Virginia, was last seen in the Caretta area in July 2012. Tragically, she has not been heard from since. A significant and troubling aspect of her case is the substantial delay in her being reported as missing. Her family did not file a missing person report until November 2015, more than three years after they last had contact with her.
