Bartt Sherbrook Felt, a 46-year-old man from Michigan, was last seen on March 23, 2018, in San Juan County, Utah. Felt was en route to Arizona to visit his ailing father and was wearing an ankle monitor as a condition of his probation stemming from a 2016 stalking and domestic violence case. The last known ping from his ankle monitor was at 6 a.m. on March 23, 2018, at the Mexican Hat Bridge over the San Juan River.
