Ronald Jacobs Sr., a 68-year-old veteran, has been missing from Port Arthur, Texas, since November 1, 2016. His daughter reported him missing on November 9, 2016, after he uncharacteristically missed a scheduled doctor's appointment at the VA in Houston. Jacobs was last seen in the 300 block of Gulfway Drive, where he resided with one of his sons.
