Marvin Jamall White, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box restaurant located on the 5700 block of N. Jim Miller Road. The incident occurred just before 1:30 a.m. on Halloween morning.
