Don Steven Findley, a 54-year-old white male, has been missing since April 3, 2012. He was last seen near RenFaire Drive in Plantersville, Texas. His disappearance followed an argument with his girlfriend, after which he left his residence in Todd Mission, Texas, with a ladder. Findley, who also went by the nickname "Cowboy," left behind his wallet, cellphone, eyeglasses, and the majority of his personal belongings. However, his driver's license and a handgun were missing along with him.
At the time of his disappearance, Findley was described as being 6'0" tall and weighing between 200 and 210 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue denim shirt, blue jeans, and a tan baseball cap. A notable distinguishing feature is a tattoo on the outside of his right arm, just below the shoulder, of a black round circle with two hands holding a heart.
Findley has not been seen or heard from since the day he vanished. The Grimes County Sheriff's Office is the investigating agency for his case. His case is classified as an endangered missing person.
