Jeffie Hughes, a 47-year-old man from Austin, Texas, went missing on May 14, 1994, under tragic circumstances. He was last seen near the Mansfield Dam area in Austin. While on a boat, Hughes reportedly told the operator that he needed to relieve himself and jumped into the water. Unfortunately, he never resurfaced. Despite efforts to locate him, Hughes was never found, and his case remains unsolved to this day.
