On a warm evening in June of 2009, 72-year-old Julia Madsen vanished from her family's beach house in the South Seaside Park section of Berkeley Township, New Jersey. She and her husband, Ed, were spending time at their summer home, having recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and Julia's birthday.
