In the late evening of September 25, 1997, Thomas Jay Kerr, a 37-year-old man of multiracial descent, including White, Native American, and Hispanic heritage, was at Mugshots Lounge on South Sandhill Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. After settling his bar tab, he reportedly had plans for dinner elsewhere. The last confirmed sightings of Thomas, a man known by the nicknames Tommy, Tom, or Tomyson, were in the early morning hours of September 26, 1997.
