Shinobu Horie, a 64-year-old man, was last seen on February 17, 2001, in Los Angeles, California, under suspicious circumstances. Originally from Japan, Horie was 5'9" tall, weighed approximately 155 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. His disappearance has remained a mystery for more than two decades, and despite efforts, little information has surfaced regarding his whereabouts.
