Francis "Frank" Rossana, age 67, was last seen on April 20, 1989, in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the time, he was the owner of a local bar and had no plans to leave the area. Rossana's wife spoke to him on the phone that evening, but he was never heard from again. He was reported missing after failing to attend business meetings the following day.
