Francis Rossana Missing Person Case

Francis 'Frank' Rossana, a 67-year-old bar owner, was last seen in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 20, 1989. At the time of his disappearance, he was the proprietor of the Serene Room, a bar located on the east side of the city. Rossana, a man described as being six feet tall and weighing 230 pounds, with brown eyes and balding brown and gray hair, had no known intentions of leaving the area.
