In the spring of 2023, concern grew for a 60-year-old man named Phillip Duran, who was last heard from on April 1st in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing between 5'0" and 6'0" tall, and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds. He had graying hair and green eyes. The circumstances surrounding his last contact were sparse, adding to the distress of those who knew him.
