Robert Arcaris, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on October 12, 1987, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was reportedly boating at Lake Mead, located just east of the city. Despite investigations, he never returned from that trip and has not been heard from since. Arcaris is described as 5'10", weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
