On the evening of October 23, 2024, 18-year-old Pernell Albert Dionne III was last seen leaving his residence in the small town of Elmo, Montana. He departed between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. with an individual he knew, telling his mother and two younger sisters, "I'll be right back," as he went for what was described as an evening walk.
