Pavel Sergeievich Chernov, a 21-year-old student, was last seen in Baltimore, Maryland on May 7, 2016. His disappearance occurred following a fire on a boat, and he has not been seen or heard from since. Although his body has never been recovered, authorities presume he is deceased. At the time of his disappearance, Chernov was a human resources management major at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
