Charles Heller, a 56-year-old man, was last seen on March 8, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland. At the time of his disappearance, Heller was experiencing homelessness and was known to sleep in a dumpster near the Skateland parking lot located at 1113 Northpoint Road. Despite searches and investigations, Heller has not been located, and there have been no significant leads regarding his whereabouts since that day.
