Charles Edward Wells, a 54-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was last seen on April 25, 1994, in the afternoon at his residence on Dorithan Road. Described as a quiet and reserved individual, Wells also suffered from severe depression. He was 5'10" tall, weighed approximately 135 pounds, and had graying black hair. Distinctive features included a scar on his nose and a tattoo with the name "Brenda" on his shoulder.
