Frances Lorraine Byrne

Missing

On May 11, 1989, 42-year-old Frances Lorraine Byrne, who was also known as Franny, went missing from an assisted living facility in Interlachen, Florida. She was last seen sitting on a swing at the facility, which was located in the vicinity of Interlachen Boulevard in Putnam County. Byrne, who had Down syndrome, reportedly wandered away from the facility. Although she had a history of walking off before, she had always remained within sight during previous instances.
