Francis Lorraine Byrne, a 42-year-old woman with Down syndrome, went missing from Interlachen, Florida, on May 11, 1989. At the time, she was residing at an assisted living facility and was last seen sitting on a swing near the facility on Interlachen Boulevard. Byrne had wandered off from the facility before but usually stayed nearby. However, on this day, she disappeared and has not been seen since.
