Jennifer Raina Byers-hernandez, 31, has been missing since August 2008 from Modesto, California. The last known contact with her was a phone call she made to a family member who was in the hospital. The exact date of her last sighting is uncertain, with reports citing August 1, August 20, and August 24 of that year. Byers-hernandez disappeared along with her five-year-old son, Gerardo Barajas Jr.
