Elizabeth Joy Birgen, a 42-year-old white female, has been missing since November 11, 2001, from Tehachapi, California. At the time of her disappearance, she was 5'4" tall and weighed 100 pounds, with brown hair. Her ears are pierced. She was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, blue jeans, light blue sneakers, and a fanny pack.
