Josiah Bracken, a 31-year-old man from Sitka, Alaska, was last seen on the evening of December 13, 2025. He and 50-year-old Quinn Whitten departed from Back Beach in Sitka at approximately 11:00 PM in a 14-foot Lund skiff. Their intended destination was a float house located in Camp Coogan Bay, a journey of about five nautical miles.
