Philip Harris, a 49-year-old man from Vancouver, Washington, was last seen on April 20, 2023. He was reported missing after his vehicle was found unoccupied in the parking lot of a Safeway store in the Hazel Dell area, not far from his home. Harris, a chef who had been working in the Portland/Vancouver region, disappeared without using his credit cards or making any known financial transactions, deepening concerns about his fate.
