Victor Elford, an 84-year-old man from Vancouver, Washington, went missing on September 10, 2014. He was last seen near the Day's Inn on NE Vancouver Mall Drive, where he was reportedly on foot. His disappearance raised immediate concerns, as his vehicle, along with personal belongings like his wallet, cell phone, and car keys, were left behind at the hotel.
