Dyan Jenkins

Missing

In September of 1981 Jenkins departed an airport in Florida, her destination was reportedly the Caicos Islands. Jenkins broadcasted Mayday and indicated she was running out of fuel. This was the last time Jenkins was heard from. A search for Jenkins revealed her life raft (identified via serial number) had been deployed and was operational. Days later, the life raft was located on the southern coast of The Bahamas. Neither Jenkins, nor her plane was located during the search.
