On October 4, 2020, 47-year-old Anne Fitzsimonds was reported missing from Petersburg, North Dakota. She was last seen around 1:30 a.m., leaving a gathering at a friend's farmstead located four miles north of Petersburg. At the time of her disappearance, Anne was wearing a leather jacket, jeans, and cowboy boots, attire not suitable for the 29-degree temperatures that night.
