Paul Minniear, a 49-year-old male, was reported missing from Santa Cruz, California on December 1, 2020. Paul was last seen in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and his disappearance led to an extensive search operation coordinated by the Santa Cruz County Search and Rescue (SAR) team, which works closely with the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office.
