Joseph Smink, a 76-year-old man from West Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, has been missing since August 10, 2024. He was last seen around 8:10 p.m. near Pheasant Road, wearing a yellow shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers. Authorities and volunteers have been actively searching for him, focusing on areas around Pheasant Road and Fox Hill Road.
