Bryan Keith Fisher, 16, disappeared from Erie, Pennsylvania, on February 21, 1983. That afternoon, he left his family home on East Second Street, stating he was going fishing. His favorite fishing spots included Erie's South Pier and the area around old grain elevators by the bayfront. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a black leather jacket, along with a wide studded leather belt.
