On a winter afternoon, February 21, 1983, a 16-year-old boy named Bryan Keith Fisher walked out of his family's home in Erie, Pennsylvania, with the intention of going fishing. It was the last time his family would ever see him. At the time of his disappearance, Bryan was described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 5'9' and weighing around 180 pounds.
