Ronald Franklin Westover, a 63-year-old man from Westover, Pennsylvania, was last seen on March 5, 2005. Westover had previously been diagnosed with lung cancer in 1999 and underwent radiation treatment, leading to remission. However, in early 2005, he told his family that the cancer had returned and mentioned plans to visit friends in Canada.
