In the early summer of 1995, a young man's life took an unknown turn, leaving his family with decades of unanswered questions. Twenty-two-year-old James Damon was last seen on June 1st of that year in Richmond, Virginia. An African American male, James stood approximately five feet six inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
