In the winter of 2023, a 56-year-old Hispanic male named Manuel Flores embarked on a journey from New York to Georgia. During his travels, he unexpectedly fell ill and required hospitalization in Richmond, Virginia. His last known communication was on December 30, 2023, the day he was discharged from the medical facility.
