In the summer of 1992, a young man from Ohio named Todd James Massie vanished while visiting Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, leaving behind a perplexing and enduring mystery. At 23 years old, Todd was last seen on the afternoon of June 16, 1992, at a drive-through ATM. A photograph from the ATM captured him making a small transaction at 3:00 p.m., which would become the last known image of him.
