In the summer of 2023, the life of Matthew William Prebeg, a 41-year-old resident of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, took a distressing and mysterious turn. On July 8, 2023, following a disagreement with a friend, Matthew was last seen leaving a residence in the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach. He had expressed his intention to drive to Ohio to live with his father, a journey he would unfortunately never complete.
