Byron Lee Davis, 53, was last seen on May 18, 1993, leaving his home near 57th Street and Bales Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue slacks, black shoes, and a navy blue cap. Davis, who had a mental disability, was known to frequent the City Market area and enjoyed visiting local garages to watch people work on vehicles. His trusting and childlike nature often made him the target of cruel jokes from neighbors.
