Jane Elizabeth Bui, a 36-year-old woman from Lincolnton, North Carolina, was last seen on October 16, 1997, in Charlotte. That day, around 4:00 PM, she was spotted in the 9500 block of Albemarle Road. Jane had plans to paint her house over the weekend and had asked her daughter to join her, but her daughter was unable to go. Unfortunately, Jane disappeared before those plans could take place.
