Jeremy Adam Hayward, a 21-year-old man, went missing on April 16, 1998, from Eugene, Oregon. He was last seen at Sacred Heart Hospital near 13th Avenue and Hilyard Street. At the time of his disappearance, Jeremy suffered from a medical condition that required medication. He stood 6'2" tall, weighed about 190 pounds, and had brown hair and hazel eyes. Jeremy had distinguishing scars, including one under his chin and another on his abdomen, along with a tattoo of a dragon on his right shoulder.
