Loy Cosby, an 87-year-old man from Sweetwater, Texas, was last seen on June 2, 1998. On that morning, his wife discovered he had left their lakeside cabin while she was asleep. The front door was left open, and Loy, who suffered from dementia and short-term memory loss, was seen walking along a road near Interstate 20, north of the lake dam.
