Frank Mazzella

Missing

Frank Mazzella, 39 years old, was last seen on the morning of February 7, 1999, at his apartment on Oak Street in Westerly, Rhode Island. Around 9:00 a.m., family members saw him at his residence, and he has not been heard from since. His car was found parked outside his home, and all of his personal belongings remained inside the apartment. One of the two firearms he owned was missing, but there were no immediate signs of foul play at the scene.
