Frank Robert Mazzella, a 39-year-old Caucasian male, has been missing since February 7, 1999. He was last seen at approximately 9:00 a.m. at his residence in the 100 block of Oak Street in Westerly, Rhode Island. Family members reported him missing after he failed to pick up his son from school. At the time of his disappearance, Mazzella was approximately 5'10" to 5'11" tall and weighed around 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and a scar on his left elbow. He may have had a mustache at the time he went missing. The clothing he was last seen wearing consisted of a dark-colored shirt, black jeans, and dark shoes.

The circumstances surrounding Frank Mazzella's disappearance are unsettling. His vehicle was discovered parked in his driveway, and all of his personal belongings were found inside his home. There were no immediate signs of foul play or any indication of where he might have gone. One detail of note is that one of two pistols he reportedly owned was also missing from his residence. This has led to his case being classified as an endangered missing person.
