Stephen Harris, 20, was last seen on November 5, 1985, along with his 21-year-old brother Robert, in Jamestown, Rhode Island. The brothers left a note at their home stating they were going fishing at Fort Wetherill State Park and would return by 4 p.m. When they failed to come back, their father went to the park to check on them.
