Marque Allen Rhodes, a 47-year-old man from Oklahoma City, has been missing since July 1, 2001. On that day, he was last seen leaving his apartment located near the 6400 block of West Wilshire Boulevard. Rhodes, who had Parkinson’s Disease, was known to experience confusion and disorientation due to his medical condition.
