Owen Howard Rose, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on November 10, 2001, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. At the time of his disappearance, Owen was described as a white male with brown hair, blue eyes, standing between 5'5" and 5'9" tall, and weighing approximately 145 to 150 pounds. He also had a scar on the left side of his face and a pierced left ear. On the day he went missing, Owen was reportedly wearing a white shirt with paint stains, jeans, and sneakers.
