In the late summer of 2023, concerns grew for a 23-year-old man from Las Cruces, New Mexico, named Kenneth Humphries. The last time he was confirmed to be in contact was on August 20, 2023. The events leading to his disappearance were unsettling for his family, creating a distressing and confusing situation.
