Carrie Ann Polega, a 39-year-old woman from Porterfield, Wisconsin, was last seen on October 4, 2003. She was reported missing by her employer on October 21, after failing to show up for work as a waitress at the Northwoods Evergreen Ballroom. On the day she disappeared, Carrie was last seen by her husband at their residence on North Shady Lane. Despite extensive searches, Carrie has never been heard from again, and her case remains unsolved.
