In the spring of 1973, a 28-year-old woman named Carol Joyce Wells vanished from her home in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was last seen on April 19th of that year, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain a mystery. Carol's brother became concerned after several weeks passed without any contact from his sister, which was unusual for their relationship.
