Jay Clark, age 60, was last seen in El Paso, Texas, sometime between April 1 and May 31, 2004, in the vicinity of E. Mills Ave. He may have been spotted again in August 2004 near N. Stanton St., with reports suggesting that he could be in the Juarez, Mexico area. Jay has a medical condition, which adds urgency to the search.
