Lucio Hernandez, a 51-year-old U.S. Army veteran, was last seen on June 27, 2024, at 7:10 AM when he left a family home in Sunland Park, near El Paso, Texas. On the same day, his vehicle was found abandoned at approximately 1:40 PM near Transmountain Road and Smugglers Pass in the Franklin Mountains. The vehicle was left running with all the doors open, and Lucio’s cell phone was found inside, an unusual circumstance that raised concerns for his well-being.
